Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 22, 2026. This page describes what the game and this site really do with your data. In short: we collect only what the game needs, we never sell it, and there are no ads or tracking.
Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Neto Gregório, director of Age of the Bible. Contact for any privacy matter: contact@ageofthebible.com.
What we collect, and why
To sign in: your e-mail address, to send you a 6-digit code (valid for 5 minutes and stored only in scrambled form). If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, e-mail and the address of your Google picture. When you are signed in, we keep a session (a cookie and a record with your IP address and browser) for up to 30 days.
To run the game: your chief (name, whether the chief is a man or a woman, language and banner), the name of your village, your village progress (buildings, resources, crafts, mighty warriors), a log of your battles (enemy, result and time), your place in the ranking, your tribe and clan, and when you last opened the game.
Your profile, if you fill it in: a short bio, links (Instagram, YouTube, X, website) and a photo. The photo is stored in Cloudflare R2.
Feedback, if you send it: the text you write or the voice you record (up to 2 minutes; the microphone is only asked when you tap record), plus your language, the screen you were on, the game version and your device and browser. Voice recordings are transcribed automatically by Cloudflare Workers AI. To limit spam we use a scrambled form (hash) of your network address, never the address itself.
What other players see
Your chief's name, your village, your banner, your place in the ranking, your clan and the profile you choose to fill in (bio, links and photo). Your e-mail is never shown.
Cookies and storage
The game uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. This site uses one cookie to remember the language you chose. The game keeps your sound settings in your browser. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third-party trackers on the site or in the game.
Who processes it for us
Everything runs on Cloudflare: hosting, database, file storage, the sign-in e-mails (sent from entrar@ageofthebible.com) and the voice transcription. Cloudflare may process data in other countries under its own data protection terms. Google takes part only if you choose Google sign-in. When the apps offer purchases, payments will be processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), and a purchase-management provider such as RevenueCat will tell us what you bought; we never see your card details. We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising.
Legal bases
We process your data to provide the game you asked for (contract), for our legitimate interest in keeping it safe, fair and working (security, abuse prevention, fixing bugs), and with your consent for optional things like the profile and voice feedback. This follows the Brazilian LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018) and, where it applies, the European GDPR.
How long we keep it
While your account exists. Sessions end after 30 days. Feedback is kept while we need it to improve the game. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your account, chief, profile, photo, village and clan membership; battle and ranking records are anonymous counts tied to the village name.
Your rights
You can ask for confirmation and access to your data, a copy, correction, deletion, information about who processes it, and withdraw your consent. Write to contact@ageofthebible.com. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Brazil, the ANPD).
Children
Age of the Bible is made for families, with no ads and no chat with strangers. Children under 13, or under the age of digital consent in their country, should play with a parent or guardian, using the parent’s account or with the parent’s consent, and any purchase should be made by the parent. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without that consent. If you are a parent and think your child gave us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
