Abel
“By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain…”Hebrews 11:4
“Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.”Genesis 4:2
Raise tents, dig wells, learn the crafts of the Bible and train slingers. When you choose, go out against the peoples of the text and come home with the spoils.
Play free No install · phone and computer · no pay-to-winYou lead a house that starts with tents and flocks in the days of Genesis and grows, from father to son, into the stone cities of the Kings.

Raise the City Gate where the elders sit, then tents, a grain field, a quarry and a training ground. Grain, wood, stone and flocks: every building and every resource is one the text knows.

Each craft comes from a verse and from the one who began it. They open new buildings, new troops and new resources, age after age.

Lead slingers and spearmen against the villages of the ancient peoples of the text, run by the game. Bring down the chief's house, take the spoils home and build again. Every battle ends with the passage it comes from.
The heroes of Hebrews 11 join your house one by one as your village grows. Each one does only what the text says they did, and none of them is ever for sale. These are the four of Genesis.

“By faith Abel offered to God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain…”Hebrews 11:4
“Abel was a keeper of sheep, but Cain was a tiller of the ground.”Genesis 4:2

“By faith Enoch was taken away, so that he wouldn’t see death…”Hebrews 11:5
“Enoch walked with God, and he was not found, for God took him.”Genesis 5:24

“By faith Noah… prepared a ship for the saving of his house…”Hebrews 11:7
“Thus Noah did. He did all that God commanded him.”Genesis 6:22

“By faith Abraham, when he was called, obeyed… He went out, not knowing where he went.”Hebrews 11:8
“So Abram went, as Yahweh had told him.”Genesis 12:4
Then Sarah, Isaac, Jacob, Joseph, Moses and on to David and Samuel: sixteen heroes, one for each level of your village.
Your village changes with each age: new crafts, new buildings, new defenses and new peoples on the map.

Your house begins with the patriarchs. Learn Jabal’s tents and Tubal-cain’s bronze, and dig wells in the land.
Peoples: Philistines, Canaanites, Amorites
ComingClay, stone and bronze
Your house joins one of the twelve tribes in a scene of blessing, like Jacob’s in Genesis 49. The tribe gives your colors, your banner and a gift.
Peoples: Amalekites, Midianites, Moabites, Ammonites
ComingCut stone, cedar and the palace
Walled cities of cut stone, cedar and precious stones. The house that began in tents becomes a city.
Heroes: up to David and Samuel
You never fight other players. Every enemy village is an ancient people from the Bible, run by the game, each in its own region and fighting its own way.
1st village“The herdsmen of Gerar argued with Isaac’s herdsmen, saying, ‘The water is ours.’”Genesis 26:20
They stopped up the wells. Herdsmen with staves and a few slingers, and no wall.
2nd village“Abram passed through the land to the place of Shechem, to the oak of Moreh. At that time, Canaanites were in the land.”Genesis 12:6
Houses of stone behind a low wall, spearmen at the openings. Bring spearmen.
3rd village“…the Amorite, whose height was like the height of the cedars, and he was strong as the oaks.”Amos 2:9 · Genesis 14:7
Few, but big and strong. Let spearmen hold them while slingers bring down the huts from afar.
Each people is shown as the people of its time, with a name and a reason, never as monsters. Nothing here points to any people or country of today.
“Every one of them could sling a stone at a hair and not miss.”Judges 20:16
No spells to buy or cast. When you obey God’s command in the story, you see what He does.
After each fight you read the passage it comes from, with a link to read the whole chapter.
You only face the ancient peoples of the text, run by the game. No one attacks your friends.
The game is free. The shop sells only looks, like a tunic or a banner. Nothing makes you stronger or faster, and no hero is for sale.
“For now Yahweh has made room for us, and we will be fruitful in the land.”Genesis 26:22
