He went out
Abraham
In the game now · City Gate level 5
Abraham left his country when God called him, without knowing where he was going. Your house in the game starts the same way: tents, flocks and a promise.
The story
God told Abram to leave his country and go to the land He would show him, and Abram went as the Lord had told him, at seventy-five years old.
When his nephew Lot was taken captive, Abram called out the 318 trained men born in his household and went after them.
“The Lord had said to Abram, “Leave your native country, your relatives, and your father’s family, and go to the land that I will show you.”Genesis 12:1 NLT
“So Abram departed as the Lord had instructed, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he left Haran.”Genesis 12:4 NLT
“When Abram heard that his nephew Lot had been captured, he mobilized the 318 trained men who had been born into his household. Then he pursued Kedorlaomer’s army until he caught up with them at Dan.”Genesis 14:14 NLT
“It was by faith that Abraham obeyed when God called him to leave home and go to another land that God would give him as his inheritance. He went without knowing where he was going.”Hebrews 11:8 NLT
In the game
Abraham joins at City Gate level 5, the last hero of the age of Genesis. He goes with the army as a special mighty man, as he did with the men of his household, and grows stronger with each level.
