Delete your account
You can delete your Age of the Bible account at any time. Deleting is permanent: your village, chief, house and everything you built are gone and cannot be restored.
How to delete it
In the game, open the profile, go to Preferences and tap Delete my account. You will be asked to confirm with a code sent to your e-mail. This button is being added to the game now. Until it is there, write to contact@ageofthebible.com from the e-mail you use to sign in, say “delete my account”, and we do it. Apple and Google both require a way to delete an account from outside the app too, and this page is that way.
A parent deleting a child’s account
The parent opens the parent panel and chooses the child’s profile, then Delete. Or write to contact@ageofthebible.com from the parent’s e-mail with the child’s chief name. Deleting the parent’s own account also deletes the profiles linked to it, after a warning.
What we delete
Within 30 days: your account and sign-in, e-mail, chief, house, village and progress, tribe and clan membership, profile and photo, your clan messages, and your feedback. Copies in backups are gone within 90 days. If you are signed in with Google or Apple, also remove Age of the Bible’s access in that account’s settings.
What we keep
Only what the law asks or what cannot identify you: purchase receipts needed for taxes and refunds (kept for the time the law requires), reports about rule breaking and the decisions on them (for up to 12 months), and anonymous battle and ranking counts. Nothing else.
Purchases and subscriptions
Deleting the account does not cancel anything in the App Store or Google Play and does not refund gold you bought. Ask the store for refunds, under its rules.
Just want a copy first?
Before you delete, you can ask for a copy of your data in a file: write to contact@ageofthebible.com. We send it within 15 days. See also the Privacy Policy.
